Company History

Kimaya USA, Inc. was established in the winter of 2007. Kimaya was the brainchild of Mr. Ashok Gangwani, founder and chairman, and Ms. Avisha Uttamchandani, COO.

Mr. Gangwani is also the Managing director of Sanwin Industries which is the parent company of Kimaya USA, Inc. Sanwin Industries has 25 years of experience in the Electronics, watch and gift articles business.

With an experience and background as strong as this, it was time to spread out the wings and fly into a new horizon. And thus, Ayamik was created. Ayamik, our maiden venture into the fragrance business. Ayamik was born out of Kimaya literally. Confused? Well, Ayamik is Kimaya spelt backwards. Kimaya means “magic/divine” and Ayamik means “luxurious days”. Ayamik is made in Europe with the finest essential oils and the most exotic ingredients to create pure luxury for less. Your days will turn magical when a hint of Ayamik touches you.

Our goal is to carve a niche in the fragrance industry by taking luxury to the common man/woman who demand and deserve it without having to spend a fortune.
